We took a few\u00a0photos of <a href=\"http:\/\/zoedphotography.com\/blog\/dominic-dream-come-true\/\">this sweet boy<\/a> at home and then headed outdoors for a mix of scenery. Outside, while mom was snuggling on him and I was all in my zone,\u00a0I stopped to show her the back of my camera\u00a0&#8211; something I try not to do for a lot of reasons, but sometimes I get excited. She took a quick glance, and\u00a0looked straight up at my eyes\u00a0and said with the most sincere tone, &#8220;Thank you. Thank you, Zoe.&#8221; My eyes welled up with tears. YES! I don&#8217;t want to be just\u00a0some Photographer taking some pictures of a cute baby in a Gap\u00a0sweater. I want to\u00a0capture to the best of my ability the love\u00a0she has for her son, and the gratitude she has that he is in their life. I want emotion to ooze through the photos when she looks at them in another 50 years. \u00a0That&#8217;s not always easy, but when it happens, shit. That&#8217;s what it&#8217;s about.
